These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Claude Code for Everyone (the "Course"), operated by [YOUR LEGAL NAME OR REGISTERED BUSINESS], reachable at support@learnclaudecode.us ("we," "us"). By purchasing or using the Course, you agree to these Terms.

1. What you're buying

The Course is a digital educational product consisting of written reference material and downloadable lesson files that you use together with Claude Code, a separate product of Anthropic. The Course is delivered electronically. Access is granted on a one-time-purchase, lifetime basis, including future updates we choose to provide.

2. Separate requirements

To run the lessons you need your own active Claude subscription (paid directly to Anthropic) and a compatible computer. These are your responsibility and are not included in the purchase price. We are not responsible for changes Anthropic makes to its products, pricing, or availability.

3. License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course for your own learning. You may not resell, share, redistribute, publish, or sublicense the Course materials or downloadable files, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

4. Payment

Payment is processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, who handles the transaction, applicable taxes, and your receipt. The price is US $29.99 as a one-time payment unless stated otherwise at checkout.

5. Intellectual property

All Course content is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Your purchase grants access, not ownership.

6. No affiliation; educational purpose

The Course is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. "Claude" and "Claude Code" are products of Anthropic. The Course is provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific result, income, or outcome from using it.

7. Refunds

Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy, including a 30-day money-back guarantee.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Course is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR COUNTRY / STATE], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
